- Payment data: Billing information is collected and processed by our payment provider, Paddle (see Section 6)

- Contract performance: Providing and operating the BeeLink platform, processing your subscription
- Legitimate interests: Improving the platform, security monitoring, fraud prevention, aggregated analytics
- Legal obligation: Complying with applicable Swiss and EU regulations, tax requirements

4. Data Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- Infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting and database services for platform operation
- Paddle: Our Merchant of Record, for subscription management, payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing

We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data Hosting and Transfers
Your data is hosted in Switzerland. Where data is transferred outside Switzerland or the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
6. Payment Processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment data (credit card details, billing address) is collected and processed directly by Paddle and is not stored on our servers.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we retain data only as required by law (e.g., 10-year retention for accounting records under Swiss law). Data is then securely deleted or anonymized.

Under the DSG and GDPR, you have the right to:

- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict processing
