  • Use BeeLink for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Engage in fraud, spam, or any deceptive activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access or extract data from the platform

5. Intellectual Property

6. User Content

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with BeeLink, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@beelink.dev.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the use of BeeLink shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury as required by Swiss law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BeeLink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to BeeLink if:

  • You materially breach these Terms
  • Your subscription payment fails and remains unpaid
  • We reasonably believe your account poses a security or fraud risk
  • You engage in repeated or serious policy violations

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic, power outage, or government action.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of [Your Canton], Switzerland.
